  题目:小学生跆拳道训练存在的问题及对策研究

  摘要:我国中小学生体质, 引发社会各界的广泛关注和讨论, 学校也高度关注中小学生的锻炼情况, 目前正在开展的全国亿万学生阳光体育运动让很多体育项目在小学生中看到了发展契机, 而跆拳道项目由于能增强体质, 培养礼仪和道德修养, 得到广大小学生及其家长的青睐。但是当前小学生跆拳道训练还存在一些问题, 文章结合自身经验, 通过对小学生跆拳道训练进行调研, 就如何更好地让小学生参与跆拳道训练提出建议, 希望有助于跆拳道运动能够为更多的小学生所学习。

  Problems and Countermeasures of Taekwondo Training for Pupils

  Abstract:

  At present, the tendency of primary and middle school students' physique decline is obvious in our country, which has aroused wide attention and discussion from all walks of life, and the school is also highly concerned about the training of primary and middle school students. At present, hundreds of millions of students in the country are developing sunshine sports so that many sports events have seen development opportunities among pupils, and Taekwondo sport can enhance physical fitness, cultivate etiquette and moral cultivation, and get the favor of the majority of pupils and their parents. But at present, there are some problems in Taekwondo training in primary schools. This paper makes some suggestions on how to let the pupils participate in Taekwondo training through their own experience and studies the Taekwondo training of primary school students, hoping to help more pupils to learn Taekwondo.

  1 小学生进行跆拳道训练的好处

  1.1 促进小学生身体发展

  小学生还处于骨骼发育阶段, 适当进行跆拳道训练, 可以刺激软骨板发育、改善骨血液供应, 这样可以使骨骼伸长更快, 相关研究表明, 对于同年级学生来说, 参加跆拳道训练的小学生平均身高比不参加训练的小学生要高。

  在进行跆拳道训练时, 小学生肌肉会加速生长、力量增加, 相关研究表明, 对于同年级学生来说, 参加跆拳道训练的小学生平均体重、上下肢围度与肌力方面, 优势显著。在心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化、泌尿等内脏器官等方面的发育都有较好促进作用。

  1.2 提升小学生运动素质

  跆拳道训练对小学生运动素质能有全面提高的作用。热身阶段的压腿和抽筋环节可以提高小学生的柔韧性, 正式训练阶段的马步、踢腿、下劈等动作的练习可以提高小学生踢腿的力量、高度和速度, 实战训练通过各种部位进行不同的踢法可以提高小学生的平衡能力。相关研究表明, 小学生在跆拳道训练后体能大大增强。
